Definitely, our payment gateway accepts all major credit cards as well as electronic funds transfer (EFT) and direct debit.
You can prepay for as many weeks or months as you like, as long as you only pay what is due.
Your rent will be billed monthly, and you are required to pay a minimum of two weeks ahead of when rent is due. We will send you reminders.
We understand plans change and we have provision for that, just speak to the LIV team and we can discuss options.
Why not? If we have the space you can switch apartments, and our team will help you with the transfer and any change in fees.

We have Bluetooth smart locks to access all the apartment entrance doors and common facilities. There is also FOB access for all residents.
We have a smartphone app designed exclusively for LIV | Mirvac that allows residents to access services available like accessing your apartment, pay rent, talk to our team and engage with the LIV community.
We think a concierge is too limiting with services, so we call them Resident Service Ambassadors and you can ask them anything, as well as log into the LIV App to see what services can be found or booked.
