The Grace Removals offer is eligible to the first 30 people who sign a lease at LIV Anura. The offer includes up to $1,000 off your move with Grace Removals – anything above this credit will be paid by the customer. Move ins must take place within two months of building opening. Further terms and conditions may be imposed under the terms of engagement between customers and Grace Removals.

TotalFusion Platinum Membership Giveaway

Each leaseholder who signs a minimum 12-month lease within the first month of pre-leasing is also eligible for the Total Fusion Platinum giveaway and will automatically go in the draw to win an annual membership to Total Fusion Platinum, valued at $4,659. Closing date will be one month after pre-leasing launch commences at which point the prize will be drawn at random through an automated system and the winner will be contacted by phone or email within one week after the prize is drawn. Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of issue date. The membership is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
