Participation in the Incentive is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<br /> <br /> o Only Referrers, who as a result of attending Sydney Road Festival on 1st March 2026 and their subsequent referral results in a converted 12-month or 24-month lease as identified by Mirvac&rsquo;s CRM System, Salesforce will be considered eligible (Eligible Referrer).<br /> <br /> o The Gift Card will be provided to the Eligible Referrer following receipt of the converted Lessee&rsquo;s &ldquo;rent in advance payment&rdquo; as required under the terms of their Residential Tenancy Agreement and the Rental Provider will not be required to provide the Gift Card if such payment is not received.<br /> <br /> &middot; Limitations<br /> <br /> o The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and not replaceable if lost or stolen.<br /> <br /> o Only one Gift Card will be issued per lease signed by Eligible Lessees. If multiple tenants sign a lease in accordance with the Terms of these<br /> <br /> Terms &amp; Conditions, only one Gift Card will be issued in respect of that lease.<br /> <br /> o The Gift Card may be subject to specific terms &amp; conditions as required by the issuer or supplier of the Gift Card.<br /> <br /> o This offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.<br /> <br /> o Any Referrer whereby the referred Lessee enters a Residential Tenancy Agreement with the Rental Provider but do not qualify as an Eligible Lessee will not be provided with the incentive.<br /> <br /> &middot; General<br /> <br /> o If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other documents or information that refers to this Incentive, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
